Hot upstairs, cold downstairs? We diagnose airflow, ductwork, and zoning so every room in the house actually stays comfortable.
Rattling, banging, or burning smells are warning signs — sometimes serious. We track down the cause and make sure your system is safe.
Climbing bills usually trace back to your HVAC — dirty coils, low refrigerant, aging equipment, or leaky ducts. We find the drain on efficiency and fix it.
Told you need a whole new system? We'll give you a straight, no-agenda assessment — and if a repair makes more sense, we'll say so.

(984) 400-5435Jon Varela and Henry Amaya met working at one of the area's biggest HVAC companies, where they were both top technicians on the board. Tired of the high-volume, quota-driven grind, they left to build something honest — and started Skyline Comfort Services. They treat each other like brothers, and they treat your home like their own.
Jon came up the hands-on way — a two-year HVAC program, then up the ladder from install to service to senior technician at every shop he worked, training newer techs along the way. Today he runs Skyline's installs and service, making sure every job is done right the first time.
Henry rose from install apprentice to top-performing service tech, with a gift for explaining things clearly and treating customers like neighbors. He's the one who drove out at 8pm and caught a burning AC disconnect before it reached the house. For Henry, it was never about the call count — it's about the people.
Call the owners directly for honest HVAC service across the Research Triangle. Free estimates on new installs, 0% financing, Duke Energy rebate help, and a 5.0-star reputation your neighbors already trust.
